Concerning the Granting of Confidence to the Eighteenth Government

The President of the State of Palestine

The Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organisation

In reference of the provisions of the Bylaw of the Palestine Liberation Organisation,

The provisions of the Amended Basic Law of 2003, as amended, particularly Article 43 thereunder,

Based upon the letter of assignment issued forth by me on March 10^th, 2019, together with the relevant extension, dated March 25^th, 2019,

The powers vested in me, and

In pursuance of the public interest,

I hereby promulgate the following Law by Decree:

Article 1

Confidence shall be granted to the Prime Minister Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim Shtayyeh and members of his government.

Article 2

All provisions that contradict the provisions of this Law by Decree shall be repealed.

Article 3

All the competent authorities, each one within its sphere of jurisdiction, shall implement the provisions of this Law by Decree, which shall enter into force as of date of its promulgation and shall be published in the Official Gazette.

Promulgated in the city of Ramallah on April 11^th, 2019 Anno Domini,

Corresponding to Sha’ban 6^th, 1440 Anno Hegira.
