Decree No. 34 of 2009 Concerning the Approval of the Arab Bylaw of the Arab Peace and Security Council

The President of the State of Palestine

The Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organisation

The President of the Palestinian National Authority

Having reviewed the Amended Basic Law of 2003 and its Amendments,

Based upon the Decision No. 331 made at the Khartoum Summit Conference (D. A. 18), dated March 28^th and 29^th, 2009,

Based upon the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, dated May 26^th, 2008,

Based upon the powers bestowed upon me, and

In accomplishment of the public interest,

I hereby promulgate the following Decree:

Article 1

The Bylaw of the Arab Peace and Security Council shall be approved.

Article 2

All the competent authorities, each one within its sphere of jurisdiction, shall implement the provisions of this Decree, which shall enter into force as of the date of its promulgation and shall be published in the Official Gazette.

Issued in the city of Ramallah on October 12^th, 2009 Anno Domini,

Corresponding to Shawwal 23^rd, 1430 Anno Hegira.
