Decision No. 66 of 2008

The Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organisation

The President of the Palestinian National Authority

The Commander-in-Chief of the Palestinian Forces

Having reviewed the provisions of the Amended Basic Law of 2003 and its Amendments,

In reference of the provisions of the Law of Service in the Palestinian Security Forces No. 8 of 2005,

Having reviewed the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, dated January 14^th, 2008, and

The approval of the Committee of Officers, dated March 2^nd, 2008,

Based upon the powers bestowed upon me, and

In accomplishment of the public interest,

I hereby promulgate the following Decision:

Article 1

All of the military personnel, who were previously assigned to work at the Palestinian Airlines, shall be returned to the National Security Forces.

Article 2

All provisions that contradict the provisions of this Decision shall be repealed.

Article 3

All the competent authorities, each one within its sphere of jurisdiction, shall implement the provisions of this Decision, which shall enter into force as of March 15^th, 2008, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
